Premium Workshops by Chiang Mai Photo Workshops in Northern Thailand
We have designed these workshops so you can come and be immersed in northern Thai culture while enjoying rich photography experiences in a friendly, encouraging environment. Professional photographs Kevin and Pansa Landwer-Johan will provide you with a huge variety of photo opportunities, some of which are unique to Chiang Mai Photo Workshops, and will allow you to capture the most stunning images.
During our premium workshops you will have the opportunity to photograph:
- Thai models in traditional costumes – including sessions with an elephant!
- Various ethnic minority people living in their traditional surroundings, (including the Kayan long neck tribe,)
- Special evening workshops
- Buddhist monks receiving alms early in the morning
- and more!
These unique workshops provides opportunities to photograph people and places you won’t find on regular tours. The groups are small, a maximum of six people, and your leaders are both professional photographers who have an intimate knowledge of the culture and photography. The locations are varied and diverse in rural and urban settings in and around Chiang Mai, Thailand. You will learn and/or reinforce photography techniques with on site tutoring from both Kevin and Pansa, or just be free to photograph. As time allows there will also be optional image reviews by our team with encouragement on how to improve both technically and creatively.
